Introduction

Bhartiya Rashtriya Jansatta (BRJ) envisions a prosperous and empowered Delhi where every citizen’s needs are met with dignity and efficiency. Guided by our principle of "Rashtrahit Sarvopari," we present our manifesto for the Delhi Elections 2025, focusing on seven critical pillars: Education, Employment, Health, Anti-Corruption, Inflation Reduction, Environmental Sustainability, and Empowering Citizens through Employment Programs instead of Freebies.

Education is the cornerstone of a progressive society. BRJ will:

• Transform Government Schools: Modernize infrastructure, provide smart classrooms, and ensure every child has access to quality education.

• Affordable Higher Education: Introduce scholarships and low-interest loans to make higher education accessible for students from all economic backgrounds.

• Teacher Empowerment: Provide regular training and fair salaries to teachers, ensuring they are well-equipped to nurture young minds.

• Skill Development Programs: Partner with industries to offer vocational training in schools and colleges to prepare students for the job market.

• Inclusive Education: Establish special support centers for differently-abled students and promote their integration into mainstream education.

Creating job opportunities and reducing unemployment is a top priority. BRJ will:

• Youth Employment Schemes: Launch skill-development programs aimed at creating one lakh new jobs annually in IT, manufacturing, and green industries.

• Startup Support: Create a “Startup Delhi” fund to provide seed capital, mentorship, and incubation for young entrepreneurs.

• Women’s Employment: Promote women’s participation in the workforce through flexible working hours, childcare facilities, and incentives for women-led businesses.

• Urban Employment Guarantee: Implement an urban employment guarantee scheme to ensure work opportunities for the underprivileged in Delhi.

• Gig Economy Benefits: Ensure fair wages, job security, and social security for gig and platform workers.

3. Swasthya Sewaye: Comprehensive Medical Facilities

A healthy Delhi is a prosperous Delhi. BRJ’s vision includes:

• Universal Health Coverage: Provide free primary healthcare facilities for all citizens and affordable secondary and tertiary healthcare through public-private partnerships.

• Mohalla Clinics 2.0: Upgrade the existing Mohalla Clinics with advanced diagnostic facilities, ensuring accessibility in every ward.

• Medical Insurance for All: Introduce the "Delhi Health Card," providing free medical insurance coverage of up to ₹5 lakh per family.

• Focus on Mental Health: Establish mental health centers in every district and integrate mental health awareness into community health programs.

• Specialized Centers: Open specialty hospitals for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

4. NO FREEBIES: Empowering Citizens Through Dignity

BRJ firmly believes in fostering self-reliance and dignity among citizens. We oppose the culture of giving free money or undue handouts based on gender or caste. Instead, we will:

• Promote Employment Programs: Help citizens enroll in skill development and employment initiatives that provide long-term economic security.

• Secure Future for the Next Generation: Ensure individuals contribute to the workforce, paving the way for a prosperous and self-reliant society.

• Encourage Dignified Living: Focus on programs that help individuals earn their livelihood and live with dignity, rather than relying on temporary handouts.

5. Environmental Sustainability: Tackling Pollution

Delhi’s air and water pollution require immediate attention. BRJ will:

• Strict Pollution Control Laws: Enforce stringent regulations to curb industrial emissions and untreated waste discharge into water bodies.

• Complete Ban on Stubble Burning: Impose a complete ban on stubble burning anywhere in the state, with strict penalties for violators.

• Complete Ban on Waste in Yamuna River: Enforce a complete ban on waste being thrown into Yamuna ji (River Yamuna), with criminal cases registered against offenders.

• Air Quality Improvement: Promote electric vehicles, expand green cover, and incentivize the adoption of clean energy solutions.

• Waste Management: Develop robust systems for waste segregation and recycling to reduce landfill dependency.

• Public Awareness Campaigns: Educate citizens on reducing pollution and involve communities in environmental conservation efforts.

• Monitoring Mechanisms: Set up real-time air and water quality monitoring systems to identify and address pollution hotspots effectively.

6. Eliminating Corruption: Transparent Governance

Corruption erodes trust and development. BRJ commits to:

• Anti-Corruption Helpline: Strengthen helplines to allow citizens to report corruption anonymously and ensure swift action.

• Transparency in Governance: Implement e-governance across all departments to reduce human intervention and enhance accountability.

• Whistleblower Protection: Protect and reward individuals who expose corruption in government and private sectors.

• Citizen’s Charter: Mandate timely delivery of government services, ensuring penalties for delays and inefficiencies.

• Independent Anti-Corruption Commission: Empower an autonomous body to investigate and prosecute cases of corruption.

7. Reducing Inflation: Affordable Living for All

High inflation affects every household. BRJ will:

• Price Stabilization Fund: Create a fund to manage price fluctuations in essential commodities such as food grains, vegetables, and fuel.

• Subsidized Essentials: Provide subsidies for electricity, water, and cooking gas to low-income families.

• Fair Markets: Ensure strict regulation of hoarding and black-marketing to maintain fair prices for essential goods.

• Promoting Local Produce: Support farmers and small-scale producers by promoting direct markets and reducing middlemen.

• Tax Reforms: Introduce rationalized tax policies that lower the financial burden on middle-class families.
